Last time I brought gold was a gold ring at Tomei. It was as simple as buying a can drink from supermarket.
Since my mother accompanied us, her experience in purchasing gold made the deal easier especially in purchasing Thali-Kodi (Nuptial Chain). Although, the gold price had squeezed out my bank balance, I believe it good buy besides my brother, Ganesh, also strongly recommended the shop.
Due to the constraint budget, we only able to get the important jewelry, perhaps later on when extra cash, may be will get additional accessories.
After all, I personally think it is wiser to invest in gold.
Next in-line will be shopping for Parisam (Betrothal) on 9 May 2009, Saturday. Hope this too will fit into my budget.
